Birth and postnatal doula services
A doula is not a midwife or medical professional. I won't examine you, diagnose anything, or give medical advice. What I will do is be right beside you through one of the most significant experiences of your life. My role is to offer continuous, informed, and compassionate support - to you and your birth partner - through pregnancy, labour, birth, and the early postnatal period. I am independent and self-employed, working entirely for you, not for your care providers or birth setting.
I bring knowledge, passion, experience and presence. I can help you understand your options, prepare for what lies ahead, and feel supported in making decisions that are right for you. I am your advocate and passionate supporter - but the decisions are always yours.
Doula packages
Simply Supported package
Simple, steady, practical and emotional support through pregnancy, birth, and the early days with your baby.
Sometimes you simply need someone calm and knowledgeable in your corner - someone to sit alongside you as you prepare, someone to be with you at your birth, and someone to check in when it's over. This package offers exactly that.
Deeply Supported package
This package offers everything in Simply Supported and more. With extra antenatal sessions - one dedicated entirely to hands-on bodywork and birth biomechanics - plus additional postnatal care, this is for anyone who wants to go deeper in to their preparation and support.
Deep Calm package
For those who find it hard to switch off, or who are navigating a particularly busy or stressful pregnancy. A hypnobirthing-doula package designed to help you tune out the noise and tune into yourself throughout pregnancy, with more focused relaxation and birth preparation in the final weeks before birth.
Birth Reclaimed package
For families finding it hard to simply enjoy pregnancy and birth preparation - whether that's because of a previously traumatic birth, pregnancy after loss, or a difficult road to conception. This package offers steady, deeply supportive care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. We will make space to talk through your previous experience and support you in moving towards this birth feeling calmer, more confident, and more at ease.
